I had a couple of bumps along the way with my purchase of a 7-piece dining room set, but Wade was responsive to all, including finding someone to assemble the furniture for me, when it unexpectedly showed up in boxes and refunding me half the cost for the assembly. (Assembly required was not included in the item description.)Shipping was quick: Ordered the item on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered Tuesday. The furniture is high quality and beautiful.

I attempted contact on 4 different occasions 1st 2 days after order was put in, 2nd 4 days after, 3rd was done 7days after payment and the 4th was today 10 days after purchase. Maybe this will get their attention!!!!

The problem is with the shipping. I tracked the shipment and saw that it reached the warehouse from where it should have been delivered to my address. It stood in the warehouse for 5 days until I contacted the company. I am not sure what would have happened but maybe the seller needs to use a different shipping company
