  First, they sent me the wrong item. When I asked for a refund, they offered to send me the correct item the following week, without even having to send back the wrong one. The first item arrived in a week, so after 2 weeks of waiting I message them again and they tell me the item is on the way and to just be patient... another 2 weeks I message them and they tell me their country is shut down for the Lunar New Year and my item will ship out after...
