Hello and welcome to our little store. We are based in the beautiful mountains of Colorado in a small town called Salida. We have a little shipping/antique store which is the base of our operations. We have a hodge podge of different individuals who all contribute to the success of our store. We acquire our inventory from estate sales, garage sells and anywhere we can find unique items. We enjoy learning the history of different items from antiques to vintage items we also have modern items as well. We take pride in being an honest store and are always looking to make the best experience possible for our customers.     Seller sent me the wrong item. I returned the gondola unopened, in the original shipping box. Now the seller says I broke a part off of it and will not refund my money. The box the item was in was damaged when I got it and also in the seller's original posting (which is no longer on eBay or in the sellers store). From the photos one can see the wheel was not on the end of the gondola when I received it. It could have broke during shipping because the item was tightly packed in a homemade box.

    Guess we should have read this review before issuing a full refund. Not really we still would have refunded as they are correct that we sent the wrong item. However we asked to find a resolution and did not outright refuse a refund. The wheel that was broken off was not in the train box but loose in the "homemade box". The train box was not damaged any more than it originally was from time and handling. Either way the full refund has already been sent an a apology sent for the mishap.
