No import taxes. Arrived on time, as well as well packaged up plus fits what was listed. Very good price. But I did think the character would be apposeable with like shoulders to be able to rotate the arms or turn the head or hip joints. It does say action figure but, does not rotate. Apart from that, I can not complain.
