  Item advertised as new, but was clearly an open box / return. The fan grill was the incorrect part, that doesn’t match the fan body. Seller lied about sending a replacement grill, making up stories and more lies. Ultimately, ton of wasted time and no result. I have a half installed fan with the wrong grill now. Do NOT do business with this guy.
