However, tt took no more than an hour to get in touch with ImageStore to sort this out via ebay's insurance program. As a solution the LTO drive got completely replaced and was shipped out at the same price as before. I can highly recommend this vendor!

The delivery, however, was awful - a soggy envelope left in the rain behind a garden gate by someone who could not be bothered to do the extra 10 metres, in total. Can I advise you not to use this delivery method again?!
