    He apparently violates E-Bay policy by re-selling fake items. The seller substituted a lower quality item from Amazon and sold it to me on E-Bay. I should have known something was up when all correspondence and packaging was from Amazon. He honored my request for return (to Amazon). The Item was returned and I am sure Amazon sent him a refund. He took no action to refund my payment. Eventually E-Bay made it right.
