    Item was ok.Seller was not 1.Package didn't fit into its shipping box. It bulged out the side. 2.I found this item for half this price from several other sellers.I tried to cancel my order but was not allowed to do so. I had to wait several days for the item to be shipped, so I don't know why the cancellation was not allowed. I tried to return the item, but the return shipping charge was half the price of the item. Contacted seller, and they said "Too bad. You bought it, it's yours." Bad Seller

    The problem isn't the item its the SELLER. The listing clearly states the food is in PAPER packs yet they sent me NASTY PLASTIC! I intentionally ordered the PAPER because we want to stay away from plastic whenever we can. Then the box came so damaged not even HALF of what I ordered were in the box. The seller told me they would refund me an insulting 15% because this happened which is absolutely not acceptable and a joke. I said I should have it a bare minimum 50% refunded!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

    The seller worked with me when we had some problems with damage in the shipment probably because of the post office. Seller was excellent in their communication with me. They replaced broken product and shipped it fast. It was a pleasure working with the seller. Must give them 5 stars for their efforts.

    The seller has contacted me and given me the option for a refund or replacement. I chose the replacement and waiting for it to arrive. The original shipment was damaged in transport. This was my 1st experience with this seller, but I am satisfied that they have reached out to me to solve the problem. The original shipping time was satisfactory so I am anticipating that I will receive the replacement in a timely manner also.
