  Two bottles arrived broken, but on contacting the seller I received a refund for the two shattered bottles. They were great and very accommodating. It does seem, though, that it is difficult to package the Sparkling Apple Juice and have it ship unscathed. I've ordered from two other companies in the past and had as many as all the bottles broken. At least this seller is great about helping the customer. I was overall pleased with my purchase and my granddaughter was thrilled to get it.

  Item was ok.Seller was not 1.Package didn't fit into its shipping box. It bulged out the side. 2.I found this item for half this price from several other sellers.I tried to cancel my order but was not allowed to do so. I had to wait several days for the item to be shipped, so I don't know why the cancellation was not allowed. I tried to return the item, but the return shipping charge was half the price of the item. Contacted seller, and they said "Too bad. You bought it, it's yours." Bad Seller

  "Continental 8322GY Grey Wall Hugger Waste Receptacle Without Lid Or Handles" was the listing. Not a Continental 8322GY. Not in new condition. Not properly packaged. Two boxes taped together were too small which either was why the item was damaged during shipping or item was put into the box damaged. Item had darker area and scratches from where a sticker was obviously scrapped off. Seller sent return label outside of eBay. Poor communication and just a horrible experience overall sorry to say.

  I haven't opened the carton yet. It was just brought up to my apartment by maintenance from the mailroom. The carton is intact and I will write more once I have it out of the box and assembled. But, it most likely will be fine and wonderful! Seller shipped quickly. Thank you. Definitely check out this sellers merchandise.

This was my 1st experience with this seller, but I am satisfied that they have reached out to me to solve the problem.   The seller worked with me when we had some problems with damage in the shipment probably because of the post office. Seller was excellent in their communication with me. They replaced broken product and shipped it fast. It was a pleasure working with the seller. Must give them 5 stars for their efforts.
