    My package was lost. I sent them an email and heard back within 24 hrs. Was told that they had contacted ty he shipper and it appeared my package was lost and they would start a new package. 3 days later and no action on my account and sent another email requesting a refund. Refund was granted immediately AND my package was delivered the same day! Great communication and customer service!

    The item arrived on time and in good condition but it was not packaged in anything other than the original factory packaging with a shipping label stuck to it. I wasn't happy that every FedEx employee from here to California, and every neighbor who saw the package before I got it in the house knew exactly what was in the package (since the factory box had the item's name and picture. It also almost ruined the surprise for my wife since this is a birthday gift.
