    Item is new and as pictured (rust spots on small area). Shipping was usually fast with IMS. Shipping cost was quite high but not in any difference from many other vendors. I gave it 5 star because I did bought the item knowing it. Overall, it is still great price. Communication has been their issue but I have never had any problem from them. They provide enough pictures so you can review the condition of the item/s before buying. I have and will buy from IMS again.
