  This seller offered an item they knew they did not have and should stay UP TO DATE on what they're inventory and remove Ebay offerings if they're out of stock. Instead they have tied up my money UNNECESSARILY and I don't appreciate it. I have requested CANCELATION to be expedited IMMEDIATELY and the phoney "tracking number" is obsolete.
