    PLEASE READ Seller was excellent: accurate description, careful packing and prompt shipping, and the chocolate is fresh and looks great. HOWEVER, US Customs opened not only the box, but also the individual, factory-sealed bags and poked around inside them to see if they were as labeled. (They were.) Thus, the chocolate arrived contaminated. Let me stress: This is not the seller's fault. But do think twice if you are ordering food from Columbia....

    FOLLOW-UP: Seller wrote to say that US Customs rarely opens factory-sealed bags of food, and volunteered -- at his own expense -- to send replacements. The replacements arrived untouched. SELLER TRULY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although the original problem had been caused by US Customs, not by the Seller, he replaced the damaged bags at his own expense. Thank you, we really appreciate it. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO ORDER FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!
