Sometimes things happen. Don’t know if it was shipping damage or if the item was swapped out of a box. In either event, seller took care of it all above board and through the eBay process. Quality of the actual valve is great. Value for this valve type is really great.

    Seller is very responsive and reasonable. Item received with plastic bag ripped in one end and card board box ripped in the other end and some of contents were missing from listing image. Contacted seller and was able to get a return shipping label and a refund as soon as the item was dropped off at the post office.     Great shopping experience, the seller accepted my offer, shipped the item fast and it was here earlier than expected from IL in US to ON in Canada. The item is actually in perfect condition and exactly matches the description. Item was packaged in 2 plastic covers so that the mat black trim woukd be protected. Great value overall as the shower trim kit without the second handle would have been useless. Highly recommended.
