  The game came new, as advertised. Plays great (in my opinion, AC Valhalla takes back seat to Starfield, but still very fun and satisfying on its own). Was very unimpressed with shipping. Took forever. Seller did not prioritize the shipping service, and I felt neglected as buyer. True, Amazon has probably spoiled us, but it felt that seller had only done bare minimum.

  Sorry you feel this way. The item shipped within 2 business days as promised. It shipped USPS Ground Advantage as advertised and for free. Once it leaves my hands I cannot control the item shipping process.
