    Advertised OEM (CLI) Canon ink, but sent generic (C) instead (even shipping label showed OEM CLI ink in package). Offered me a return label; didn't say who'd pay shipping. Granted, they're priced as generic, but OEM was advertised. Had to keep these inks since I needed them for troubleshooting printer problems (print head, carriage, and nozzle symptoms) that arose between ordering and receiving these inks.
