  I received this new ink cartridge in its original factory packaging. When I inserted it in my printer it printed about forty pages and then stopped working properly leaving half printed lines and then not printing at all. I contacted the seller who made some suggestions as to fixing the problem. I tried the suggestions to no avail. It seems the cartridge is defective. Seller is sending a replacement. Highly recommend this seller!!
