    The customer ordered a product and then requested customization by simply sending a line of text with no explanation or asking if it was possible. He threatened us with a bad review, but we explained that we do not offer customization for this product. We do offer custom orders for different pricing, and he wanted to avoid paying the extra charge. The customer requested a refund but declined to return the item.
