  Shipping was as expected and arrived fast which I was not expecting with it being the week of Christmas. Very happy with packaging it was wrapped nicely and plates and wheels with bearings was already put together and done correctly!! I received everything and the listing was exactly as described maybe even better considering I also got the Edeas certificate as well as the tools that go with the plate. Overall purchase was good value was skeptical about buying skates from eBay no regrets.

  Thank you for the positive experience. The figure skates are perfect. The communication was quick and helpful. I have not ordered before with payment sent, and the size/details only added in a message. I was concerned with the process and voiced that in my communication and was sent responses that helped.   The overall process was positive. The initial communication in regard to getting details about the product was good, and the seller was responsive in a timely manner. The only issue was delivery time promised. I was promised 3 days. The order was placed on the 04/12/2024. The product was delivered 04/22/2024. The product was packaged well.

It's hard to find a packaged deal of specifically Jackson skates (which I use on ice, so I wanted the same fit) and inline frames, so I'm very thankful I came across this eBay shop.   Seller cancelled order after asking for $50 to ship 6 pairs of socks which I refused. Turns out that the listing had language down in the description stating that free shipping was only with boot or blade sale, however the sale was processed through checkout with free shipping. I would have left this alone and not posted any feedback, but the seller had the nerve to tell eBay that I requested the cancellation. That is a lie, seller cancelled the order!!!

  The buyer ordered without noticing the description which says that it is bundled with boots or blades. Since the shipping is set on $50 from Italy, I understand that she/he doesn't want to pay it. So I cancelled it. There are only three options for reasons of cancellation and "buyer asked to cancel" is the closest one. I do not believe that the buyer would not ask to cancel. He/she should have read the description more carefully.
