    I had the Tyton tool rep I have known for years tell me to go ahead and get this tool--it was a good price and service / parts are available as needed. When he stopped by, he took the tool back with him and checked it out, no charge if it didn't need any service. It didn't need anything except a power supply and cable, which the tool rep provided at no cost, including shipping the tool it back to us with the power supply and cable.
