  The seller was amazing. The product was awful. It was brand new in the package as described. The water meter tester was missing and the pitcher didn't have a filter like it was supposed to come with but the seller wouldn't have known because you couldn't see inside the packaging. I contaced ZeroWater and they said too bad because they are not affiliated with eBay. The sell gave me a full refund and he should not have had to.
