I have an email proof and a tracking number. It says the item was dispatched, and you know I have added the tracking number to your order. You were reimbursed, and as to what happened to your package is a mystery. However, I will not resend the creams as you suggested. Why would I do this again, if you say the package has not arrived, and you gave me a negative feedback for the same package, which contained the two creams under two separate orders.
