Please be advised I was annoyed that the parcel was left on the door step, one meter from the footpath, anybody walking past could have stolen the parcel. Would you then have refunded the costs.? Please never authorize these useless carriers such as Fed Ex, DHL, DAI, to leave parcels in a supposed safe place it can end up costing you to refund the item.
