    There was a damaged "foot" bolt on the bottom of one of the bench legs. I reached out to the seller and asked for a replacement. He said that I needed to send the whole set of legs back to get a refund. I told him that I had already installed them when I realized the foot was broken. I told him all I needed was a replacement foot- a very small bolt. He told me that he could only send a refund/ replacement If I returned the whole item- just like every other online store does. Not helpful.
