    Shipping was pretty quick and value was good, but unfortunately the seller shipped the incorrect item. When I addressed the issue it took some hand-holding for the seller to correct the issue. Ultimately I was satisfied with the resolution (seller replaced the incorrect item with the correct product) but the process and communication was a bit frustrating. Eventually, the item was as described, new in box, and it's a great product.

(Front axle on ebike) Other than the one missing item that was exactly as described brand new never been opened or used. Seller kept in touch with me the whole time.
