    Seller iTough shipped same day I ordered it ,actually got screen protector case to USPS office. iTough did not just make a shipping label like many sellers do. He actually got item to USPS and got it shipped that day. The screen protector was new in original box it was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. The screen protector case fits my S10 phone perfectly and the clear clean screen makes my phone look like new and functions perfectly. iTough is an AAAAAA** Seller.

    I bought this waterproof phone case from this seller on 1/6/24. The case has at least 10 holes in it making it impossible to be waterproof! I contacted this seller and explained the problem. He told me he would send me a waterproof case for the phone case, that was 4 weeks ago and have gotten nothing! Not only was the description of the phone case a complete lie but then no replacement case has been sent! Stay away from this seller unreliable and falsely advertise the products they sell.
