  Transaction was a disaster..docking station does not charge the laptop, there is no HDMI input to connect my monitor and the usb ports don't work for my mouse.. Tech support responded by informing me that I have to double the amp on my power cord for it to function with my laptop. This fact was not mentioned in the ad for the product. Tech also mentioned the return freight cost is on me. These guys are crooks and should not be selling on ebay.Can you do anything?

  This is my fourth attempt at a Surface 3 (from 4 different vendors). The first one has a flawed os, the second was out of stock, the third for stolen from the UPS driver, but with this one I finally got what I was looking for! The seller answered questions and shipped promptly. The value of what I got (for less money) far exceeded the others AND it was in better condition than described. I'm saving this seller for future purchases and to share with my friends.
