  This 1940 Copper penny is a most unusual error. It is more than likely an error and the value is not known. However, I love risks and this one is one of them. The coin is as described and without question it is simply a very nice description. Shipping packaging is standard with cardboard to prevent any damage. Good choice. Shipping is reasonable and can't quip about that. Great coin to add to more collection of error coins.
