  The item itself is decent - the purchasing experience - not so much... Either sellers aren't fully aware of there inventory or they aren't aware of its condition - either way, it makes it difficult and frustrating for the buyer to make an informed purchase. Seller didn't have the item listed - sent a comparable replacement (open box) - replacement fan had damage from partial assembly? New replacement parts arrived with more damage - broken screw in mount/cracked down rod pivot.....keep looking..
