    I bought from the seller for the first time, and when I received the package, only the brush arrived, but the beard pencil was missing. I wrote to the seller explaining the situation, and he sent me a new package. I received the new package, this time with the beard pencil, but they sent it in the wrong color, and on top of that, the pencil was dry with no pigment.

    you could of text me again and I always make sure my customers are satisfied. Come on you are going to trash me over 6.00 what a AAAAAA hole. no Reason for you to do that. you must live a miserable existence. God bless and I will block you because you are the worst customer ever. No excuse for not letting me make it right. Straight up ridiculous.
