  I want to commend the Seller. I made my order, it was shipped and tracked. However, the local USPS reported it delivered though I never got it. I contacted the USPS but all I got from them was no help, and no reply. I then contacted the Seller who reply within a short time, even apologized for the mix up and immediately issued a full refund. -

  This item was less than $8 and seller sent wrong size. The cost to return (re-package, tape, gas) not to mention time driving to post office was more than item worth. I asked seller to just send me the correct size and call it even seller refused. Buyer beware.
