    I ordered an incorrect item (my fault) and requested a refund. I sent the item back to the seller in original unused condition and in the original packaging. The item arrived and the seller has refused to refund the item, claiming that it did not arrive in the original box. IT WAS SENT in the original box. Communication has been poor and always initiated by myself. Very dishonourable seller. Seller claims unconditional return policy on their listing. DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller.

    Returned item came back with iron bars wrapped in different cardboard instead of the original box. The condition of the return is clearly stated on the listing page as being the same condition as when the item was delivered. If the order was placed due to a mistake by the buyer, we ask that the transaction be conducted in compliance with the transaction agreement. Communication is very difficult and we must be careful not to do business with such buyers in the future.

    Our car was damaged and parts were ordered from the local Honda dealer/Honda Canada, including this piece. After 6 months. yes 6 months, it was still on backorder. I looked for an alternative source and found Japan Hideboo on Ebay. I am very suspicious of this kind of thing, but ordered the part anyway. I am so glad I did. It arrived in the requisite time, was a quality piece and just as advertised. I am so happy I did, and recommend this Ebayer absolutely. Thank you so much.
