    Did not come with Hallmark gold seal as pictured but otherwise packaged well and in fairly new condition. Arrived three days late and after the party and so was pointless. Never had anything take so long in all the items I have bought over the years on eBay! Tracking showed very late pickup from date estimated arrival, which is what I went by. Seller did offer a return so I’m generously giving a positive feedback but I just didn’t want to deal with this anymore!
