Very disappointed with these lights. They do not twinkle, they flash. I spent a lot of money based on the seller's description. The packaging reads, "twinkle", but it is seller's responsibility to test the product & then post an accurate description, especially since returns are not accepted. Sent a message to the seller, but no response after 3 weeks. Won't buy from this seller again.
