The handle can be extended to reach surfaces beyond your reach which is marvellous. The duster had been carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, as well as a plastic postal bag, to protect it from it's journey throughout the postal system, so it arrived in good condition, without any bends in it's handle. The seller kept me informed when to expect delivery and it arrived on time. The price for this little gem was affordable
