    New still in box. Appearance was excellent quality condition with all plastic protection on. Asking price was half of the same models sold elsewhere. On top of that, Joe called me to make sure it was the correct model for my boat. Who does that? Arrived a day early. I couldn’t recommend JC Marine Salvage more. They’ve earned my business and respect because they acutely care about their customers.

    This is by far the worst seller I have every encountered buying items online. Absolutely horrible communication and responding to questions. I ordered an item Tuesday and paid $60.85 for expedited shipping then he argues that he does not offer expedited shipping then cancels my order Friday. Now I'm having to look for the same item and hoping that It can still be shipped in time. He really did me wrong. I recently ordered anothe item from him and was snet the incrrect piece. Very sloppy operator

    Item shipped one week after order was placed, and product came as described and appears to be in 'good' condition for a used sailboat winch. Value seems in-line. Installation, operation, and evaluation won't be for a few weeks. This self-tailing winch replaces a standard house mounted secondary unit on a 1984 Hunter 31. Its service will include cockpit main and genoa sail raising and lowering, as well as bosun hoisting for mast and rigging work.
