    Have spent all day talking with seller to no avail Ornament arrived cracked all the way around. Was packed in box and not discovered until opened yesterday. Recipient lives in another city and took home. Pictures were sent to seller and she said she had insured package before sending to me. She has made no suggestion of a refund I am totally disappointed not only with product but solution. This seller is making me suspicious of eBay’s reputation

    Customer reported that the ornament was broken. Indeed it was broken. It was broken by the customer and then glued back together by the customer. I still offered to refund and customer refused to send the ornament back. I initially requested photos of the damage to see if there was a postal claim but when it was evident the customer broke the ornament and then glued it back together. I was threatened by the customer to pay up or they would leave a negative feedback.
