  I've been looking for a heavy duty tape dispenser that will stay put when using one hand to pull the tape while wrapping presents. All the new versions on the market are just too lightweight. I am extremely pleased with this vintage dispenser and how it does not move at all when pulling on the roll and tearing a piece off with one hand, due to weight of the cast iron. Also, shipping was fast and it was well packaged.
