We are a firearm parts distributor and online based company. We carry mostly Winchester parts but we as well are populating our site with Colt, Smith and Wesson, Remington, Mossberg, Franchii, Browning, and others as well. We are an expanding company and hope to help however we can with the best customer service. We are open from Monday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. All shipments are made DURING these times. Any orders placed AFTER 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the following day. All purchases after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday will be sent out on Monday the following week - weather permitting.     Rcvd item promptly but it was mistakenly (through its listing) made of plastic / resin and not metal as described in listing. Mistakes happen and I feel this was one in error in which listing Seller did not knowingly misrepresent item in listing. I paid a higher price for what I thought was a metal part (not plastic). But I will just live with it until I can find a metal piece to replace same. Seller communicated to me about the mistake after my purchase and I appreciate same.
