  seller sent my item out on feb. 27, it sat in his post office for over a week and did not ship,he made no attempt to find out why,all he can say is he did what he was supposed to do.I still dont have my item and he really does not seem to care.

  Shipped via postal service on time....i do not have control of postal service. Customer wanted immediate refund while still in transit from post office, but i cant until he files a claim. I told him to file a claim...he didn't.
