Eventually stating not received returned item. Sent screenshots of Royal Mail tracking number and confirmation of delivery. Had to contact eBay agent. They could follow the messages/proofs sent. EBay refunded the cost. Not heard from the seller. EBay agents were excellent. Very disappointed with this seller though.
