    First ordered was lost in the mail and I never got it. Contacted the seller and they sent me more collars and put tracking on them. They were excellent in their response. Collars arrived today just as described. Even though it was not the sellers fault the first order was lost in the mail, they went out of their way to compensate me.     BUYERS BEWARE!!! Slow to ship and dirty practices. Seller marked item as shipped before actually doing so, making canceling the order impossible. Afterwards informing me the package will ship the next day. It’s now the next day and I’ve messaged the seller several times through today without response. I should’ve known when the item description had no actual seller description, but a copy and paste generic description from the manufacturer. Upon sellers request, review revised, and accurate.
