  The seller sent me the wrong item, but didn't need it back. Without knowing that, I started the standard eBay return, which initiated a refund, which was unnecessary. I should have just asked the seller to send the right one. Even though it was the wrong one, it was still well packaged and protected. It didn't matter that it was an out-of-box item.
