This company focus on industrial or machinist tooling as well machinery and machinery parts we are in E-bay and facebook we buy on high volume of used items we keep a very diverse inventory and try to keep low prices as well will accept a reasonable offer (but please don't low-ball us) we are located on Bloomington we do ship but for that you will have to use paypal for the security reasons or pay on pick up which is always free.     Item arrived with gear smashed, scraped to the point that is unusable. Poor packaging, the gear was sticking thru the cardboard. Contacted seller. Their response, use insurance. They won’t pay. Seller response: This isn't the fist time we ship an item like this anyway you have a insurance on the package. And the packaging was well done. Please check all the padding was done I just know this companies do not handle their packages like they should. Use insurance to make claim. Avoid seller
