  I received an email from the seller, indicating that the item had some flaws and couldn't be sold. The seller offered a refund or I could wait until new stock came in. I requested a refund. I am amazed that the seller sent me this email instead of making me wait until new stock came in. The seller has integrity and honesty.

  I did not receive what was advertised. I reached out to the seller and they offered a discount. However, the item they sent me was worth MUCH less than what I ordered. Instead of expensive 45 mil EPDM rubber, it was some thin plastic sheet. We had a few exchanges. No help. I had the absolute impression that they were mis-labeling their items intentionally. Ebay refunded me. Later, I saw they had several more items up for auction that were the same one I bought. Negative stars.
