  Seller shipped a fragile, thin acrylic box in a plastic bag with no padding. It arrived broken with one corner of the box cracked off. I contacted them and they tried to extort positive feedback in exchange for a replacement. This is a common scam tactic where sellers ask for good feedback before shipping the replacement, and once they have it they dont ship it and ignore the buyer. I said I would only leave feedback once I had the replacement, to which they refused and just refunded me. Weird.
