    Love Hunter fans but I was missing 5 screws and contacted customer service. They made me jump through hoops and in the end would not send the screws because I bought it on eBay, even though it was new in a sealed box ...so for $3.50 worth of screws (got them at ACE Hardware) they lost a lifetime customer! Fan is beautiful and substantial ...customer support stinks!!!
