  I have not yet been able to test this item but can say that it is as described and pictured on eBay. The packaging I would rate as adequate, the shipping cost reasonable, and arrival time as advertised. I feel the price I paid for this item is fair especially considering the extras received. If the deck is fully functional then I will have gotten exactly what I was looking for!
