what the customer purchased is a second-hand product, not a new one, but the customer is nitpicking and demanding a second-hand appearance with new one. The product is 90% new, but the customer wants a new condition, which is really difficult to reach an agreement. If the appearance does not meet the csutomer requirements, the customer request a discount , it seems the customer does not really want to buy this product
