    The package arrived in a timely manner. Seller advertised that the package appeared to have some damage. I opened it and checked all parts and did observe a dent in the faceplate. I contacted delta for a replacement faceplate. The costs for the replacement faceplate were refunded by seller. Overall great experience and fast communication between myself and seller
